All registered Foothills Lacrosse Association members have insurance coverage through the Alberta Lacrosse Association (ALA).

If you need to make a claim, report the incident as soon as possible to your coach and manager. 

The team manager must email a statement to trainer@foothillslacrosse.com and president@foothillslacrosse.com.
